Lot 3A covers completion of the remaining right-bank hydraulic works required to achieve the full operational design capacity of the system. The scope includes additional hydraulic structures, tunnels, and associated civil and mechanical works supporting spillway and discharge operations. This package complements the broader Lot 3 works and supports integrated operation of the hydraulic system.
