(The consultant shall provide the Copy Certificate of Incorporation issued by relevant authority in country of establishment). ii.The consultant shall submit a detailed organogram to demonstrate managerial and organizational capabilities to carry out the assignment. iii.The consultant shall demonstrate previous experience in the successful completion of at least 3 similar assignments in the last 10–15 years involving: Debris flow/sediment management studies; Mountain catchment hydrology (preferably ungauged basins); Hydropower project protection or risk mitigation; The company must have experience covering both upstream (catchment) and downstream (infrastructure protection). Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
