Technical Assistance For Financing Framework for Rogun Hydropower Project, Grant № IDA-E1460

The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has received funding from the World Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the costs of Technical Assistance for Financing Framework for Rogun Hydropower Project and intends to apply the portion of the proceeds for Procurement and Installation of 1C Accountant Software (Enterprise 8.3), (Contract No. RHPP/SH/G/03).  

Procurement and installation of 1C Accountant Software (Enterprise 8.3) financed from the Grant proceeds will be carried out in accordance with the procedures specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IFIs Borrowers dated July 2016, revised in September 2023 ("Procurement Regulations").

RFQs in hard copy must be submitted to address below on or before October 26, 2023, 17:00 hours (Dushanbe time). Late bids will be rejected.
