Response Matrix to Stakeholder Comments on the Transboundary Cumulative Impact Assessment

The Project Management Group is disclosing the Response Matrix prepared in response to comments and recommendations received regarding the Review of the Transboundary Cumulative Impact Assessment for the Rogun Hydropower Project (ESIA Volume 1, Chapter 23) and its consistency with IFC Cumulative Impact Assessment Guidance and the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF).

The Response Matrix provides a structured overview of the issues and observations raised, together with corresponding clarifications and follow-up actions proposed by the Project. Publication of this document is intended to support transparent information disclosure, facilitate constructive dialogue with stakeholders, and contribute to strengthening the Project’s alignment with applicable international environmental and social standards and recognized good international practice.
