Response Matrix to Stakeholder Comments on Resettlement Planning Documents

The Project Management Group and the Directorate of the Flooding Zone of Rogun HPP are publishing a Response Matrix prepared in relation to the Analytical Note, comments, and recommendations submitted by the civil society coalition concerning the Rogun Hydropower Project’s resettlement and livelihood restoration documentation, including the Resettlement Action Plan – Phase 2 (RAP 2) and the Livelihood Restoration Plan – Phase 2 (LRP 2). The matrix presents a structured summary of issues raised, corresponding clarifications, and proposed follow-up actions and measures. Publication of this document is intended to support transparent information disclosure, facilitate constructive stakeholder dialogue, and contribute to strengthening the Project’s alignment with applicable environmental and social standards and internationally recognized approaches to resettlement and livelihood restoration.
