Consultations in Tashkent

Dear colleagues,

On October 28, 2024, the World Bank is hosting, on behalf of the Project Management Group for Rogun Hydropower Project (HPP) and Directorate of the Flooding Zone of the Rogun HPP, consultations in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on the environmental and social impacts of the Rogun dam on riparian countries.

These consultations will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (Bukhara Meeting Room), 1A Navoi Street, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The government representatives from Uzbekistan and local and international non-governmental/civil society organizations are invited.
